2. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers within the EU. Each time the website is accessed, information is automatically stored in server log files (IP address, date/time, page accessed, browser type). This data is used solely to ensure technical operations and is deleted after 7 days.

3. Cookies & Tracking

This website uses no tracking cookies and no analytics tracking (no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, etc.).

4. Contact Form

When you use the contact form, your data (name, email, company, message) is transmitted directly to us by email and processed on our EU-hosted server. The data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and is not shared with third parties. Transmission is encrypted via HTTPS. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Data will be deleted after communication is complete, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

5. Google reCAPTCHA v3

The contact form optionally uses Google reCAPTCHA v3 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to prevent automated spam. reCAPTCHA v3 is only loaded when you explicitly consent (opt-in checkbox in the form). Upon consent, reCAPTCHA analyzes user behavior in the background and returns a score (no visible "I'm not a robot" widget). A connection to Google servers is established and data may be processed according to Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). Consent can be withdrawn at any time by unchecking the checkbox.
